Cancellation Policy & Participation Terms
At Crystal Ionion, we prioritize the comfort, flexibility, and positive experience of every guest. For this reason, we have created a cancellation and rescheduling policy that ensures transparency and fair conditions for all:
1. 24-Hour Flexibility
Guests who make a reservation are entitled to a 100% full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking time.
Note: This option is only valid if the booking was made at least 7 days prior to the cruise date.
2. Rescheduling (Date Change)
One (1) date change is allowed per reservation, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new date must fall within the current season.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund is available.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the cruise, and once the 24-hour flexibility period has passed, no refund is provided under any circumstance.
4. Cancellations by the Company
In the event of cancellation by the company due to:
- dangerous weather conditions,
- technical issues with the vessel, or
- other force majeure events,
the guest is entitled to:
- either a full refund,
- or the option to reschedule for another available date (upon agreement).
5. Passenger Responsibility & Liability
All guests participate at their own risk, especially during water-based activities such as swimming.
Swimming ability is required for safe participation in swim stops and is the sole responsibility of each guest.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of minors throughout the cruise.
Guests must follow the crew’s instructions to ensure safety and the smooth operation of the experience.
